Overview

Clearflow is a personal finance planning and forecasting app. The app is designed so your account, debt, cash-flow, savings, and planning data are stored on your device by default.

Clearflow is planning software. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice.

Information You Enter

You may enter balances, debts, recurring income, bills, savings goals, budgets, ledger activity, planning assumptions, and related notes. This information is used to calculate forecasts, recommendations, and app views.

Clearflow does not require a bank connection for core planning. If you import or export files, those files are handled through the device and locations you choose.

Local Storage

Clearflow stores app data locally on your device so the planner can reload your profiles and calculations. Some derived cache data may be stored to make the app faster, but cached planning summaries are compact and are not intended to replace your source inputs.

You are responsible for any device backups, file exports, shared documents, screenshots, or data you choose to store outside the app.

Network Features

Core planning does not require Clearflow to send your saved financial profile to a server. Some optional features, such as early access contact, support email, website hosting logs, TestFlight, App Store services, or future assistant features, may involve network requests or third-party services.

If a feature asks you to send text, feedback, diagnostic details, or support information, only include information you are comfortable sharing.

Contact And Beta Testing

If you email Clearflow or join a beta, your name, email address, message contents, device details supplied by Apple, crash reports, feedback, and related support information may be processed by Apple or email providers. This information is used to provide access, respond to requests, debug issues, and improve the product.

Children

Clearflow is not directed to children under 13. Do not use Clearflow to submit information about a child.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Clearflow changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
